NEW DELHI: Former President Pranab Mukherjee on Monday underwent a mind surgical procedure at the Military’s Research and Referral (R&R) sanatorium for elimination of a clot, sources acknowledged.
Mukherjee, who was once in unlucky health, was once hospitalised on the advice of the medical doctors and had tested sure for Covid-19 sooner than the surgical procedure.
“Former President Pranab Mukherjee underwent a a success mind surgical procedure for elimination of a clot at the Military’s R&R sanatorium,” sources told PTI.
“He is distinguished and is on ventilator toughen,” the sources also acknowledged.
Mukherjee, 84, acknowledged in a tweet in the morning, “On a test with to the sanatorium for a separate activity, I genuinely have tested sure for Covid19 nowadays.”
“I ask the people that came in contact with me in the final week, to thrill self isolate and obtain tested for Covid-19,” Mukherjee, who was once the president from 2012 to 2017, acknowledged.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh visited the R&R Clinical institution and enquired about the worn president’s health. Singh was once at the sanatorium for spherical 20 minutes.
